Flowered arrived on time for the viewing and service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered the peaceful white lilies and they sent yellow flowers. They looked very dull and the ribbon put across looked tacky. I should have opted not to have the ribbon added.. Even still, the flowers were not what I wanted for my mom and this saddened me.

Our good friends received the flowers and said they were lovely-we did not have a chance to see them. The additional fees at check out were ridiculous, and it seemed the "living legacy tree" was added by default, I certainly didn't add it to my cart and did not notice it until I saw the receipt--pretty shifty way for you to upsell. I was more than happy to send flowers to our friends, but will definitely shop around next time and not buy through the funeral home site.

Some how I mistakenly didn't finalize an order that I submitted for my friend's father. When I asked if the family received the spray I ordered she informed me that they didn't have anything from my family. I was heartbroken. I called the funeral home immediately but didn't hear back from them. Two days later I contacted the florist and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, she checked everywhere but was unable to locate my original order but it worked out because my friend's father was cremated so instead of sending a spray, I sent this beautiful arrangement of lilies that my friend and her mother received after the funeral so it must have been God's plan that my spray order didn't go through. I sent the arrangement to remember my cousin. I could not attend but they sent me pictures of the flowers. The flowers in arrangement were changed from the all white lilies but it looked even better to me. It was colorful and the blue sash compliment the look very nicely. It was done in a vase not a basket but I guess that didn’t matter, I got several positive comments texted to me, so, all was good.
