Had a good experience from start to finish. Easy to order and you can always click the link or call customer service for updates. The date was changed on my order and when I called customer service they were fast and very helpful to explain that they do a double check prior to delivery to make sure it is still a right time, date, place etc which is great! The arrangement was lovely and it did have one blue hydrangea, which was one of the main reasons I selected it. But the other reason was that it was supposed to be in a cobalt blue vase, which it was not. I ordered this bouquet for a dear friend of mine who passed away suddenly.
